全自动汽车机油瓶中空吹塑机

宁波双利是一家生产全自动中空吹塑机的现代化制造厂。制造的中空吹塑机可生产各种塑胶材质的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生产5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。年生产能力达300多台。坚持品质是双利的一贯传统。

SLBU系列：
1:此机适合生产200ML-10L的塑料中空制品，采用曲肘锁模系统，能耗低，中心锁模，锁模力大，速度快，运行更平稳。
2开合模系统：特别设计对衡式锁模机构，使用高压锁模，锁模板受力设在模板中心，锁模力大，开放式的坚固锁模板，即使超宽模具也装的下。
3模头系统：均采用38CrMaALA等材料，经精密加工和热处理制成。
4：液压系统：全油压双比例液压控制，配备进口液压阀及油泵，稳定，可靠。
5自动飞边装置：除溢装置能切除制品的余料，并设有直推式除溢装置和旋刀式除溢装置，真正实现无人工操作全自动设备。
SLBU series:

4：可选配多功能下吹机构，自动取产品机械手等多种辅助装置，实现生产过程高度自动化。
5：全系机型配备安全保护光栅，确保生产过程安全无事故。

1：双工位整体移动式开合模机构，确保锁模力充足，大可以生产50L的中空制品，比传统单工位设备效率提高60%。
2：双混炼螺杆，长径比L/D=28：1，确保再生料产品外表也能达到光滑效果。
3：模头采用38CRMOALA深度氮化热处理加工而成，侧向双包单缸中心射料储料式模头，（可选配连续式双包中心进料式模头）确保制品壁厚均匀，换色方便。
4：可选配多功能下吹机构，自动取产品机械手等多种辅助装置，实现设备的完全自动化。
5：液压系统双比例控制，全系液压阀采用进口阀，进口密封圈，进口液压泵。
SLBS series: (German model)
