宁波双利是一家生产全自动中空吹塑机的现代化制造厂。制造的中空吹塑机可生产各种塑胶材质的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生产5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。年生产能力达300多台。坚持品质是双利的一贯传统。

为了方便大家对本厂运作方式的了解，现将产品的保修期限，保修范围以人
员所负责的事项公告如下：
一，保修期限：所售机器终身保修，机器负责免费保修一年，超出时间收取合理的工件费用
二，保修范围：整机配件除气针之外均在保修范围内。
注：人为造成的损坏或其他外部因素造成的损坏不在保修范围。
三：售后人员的职责负责设备的安装---调试—-培训—-运输 --- 赠送配件---保修一年

SLB系列
1：模头机构：采用分流式连体模头，不窜料，塑化更均匀，内壁电镀处理，不积料，料胚更光滑。
2：塑化系统：变频电机硬齿面减速箱加氮化料筒螺杆，变频调速，节能，产量稳定。
3：电控系统：采用PLC人机界面，所有参数设定，修改，检索均可视化操作，系统运行稳定，定位准确。
4：应用领域：食品，医药，石油，化工，日化，汽车，工具，玩具等行业。
5：可配套自动除溢装置：配套割口装置及拉底装置，全自动操作，省人工。
SLB series

5：开合模系统：大梁臂，三点位，中心锁模机构，锁模力均衡，不变形，有精度高，阻力少，速度快等特点。
