宁波双利是一家生产全自动中空吹塑机的现代化制造厂。制造的中空吹塑机可生产各种塑胶材质的中空制品，如PP,PE,PVC,EVA,PS,ABS,TPR,TPE等。自生产5ML-10L小型中空制品的SL系列至20L-1000L大型中空制品的SL系列，皆有良好口碑。年生产能力达300多台。坚持品质是双利的一贯传统。

SLB系列
1：模头机构：采用分流式连体模头，不窜料，塑化更均匀，内壁电镀处理，不积料，料胚更光滑。
2：塑化系统：变频电机硬齿面减速箱加氮化料筒螺杆，变频调速，节能，产量稳定。
3：电控系统：采用PLC人机界面，所有参数设定，修改，检索均可视化操作，系统运行稳定，定位准确。
4：应用领域：食品，医药，石油，化工，日化，汽车，工具，玩具等行业。
5：可配套自动除溢装置：配套割口装置及拉底装置，全自动操作，省人工。
SLB series

3控制系统：整机动作控制采用PLC人机界面，显示机械动作的实时监控功能，可显示多种语言，如，中文，英文等，实现系统多功能和智能化。
4挤出系统：采用变频调速电机驱动和硬齿面减速器，螺杆设计既能满足高产量，也能塑化均匀。
5：开合模系统：单，双工位平移+线性导轨+大梁壁圆柱轴，机器运行更稳定。
SLBY series;
